Stepping into this bright and modern home is a breath of fresh air. Enjoy the contemporary, open layout as soon as you enter the living room. The large windows invite lots of natural lighting into this beautiful space.

Make your way into our clean, newly renovated kitchen where you will find all the amenities from home. Complimentary wine will be left for all of our guests. Coffee makers, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, cups, and more are available for all your cooking needs! The washer and Dryer are located in a small nook next to the kitchen.

Walking past the laundry nook you will see the door to your outdoor area. Enjoy the spacious outdoor patio with a small seating area. The patio overlooks the peaceful and scenic backyard with lots of privacy from the large trees.

You will find 3 cozy bedrooms with clean bed linens and easy access to the main bathroom. The master bedroom is spacious and offers a workspace for your convenience. Both the master bathroom and family bathroom are stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and more.

We have thought of everything so you don't need to worry about anything except enjoying your stay!

This home is located in the charming Nevin Community neighborhood. The Nevin Community offers residents a sparse urban feel. Enjoy all the community has to offer, just a 4 min drive from Ribbon Walk Nature Preserve, Nevin Park, and more. These playgrounds provide great recreational facilities for kids, as well as adults. Families can enjoy a nice picnic under the shade in summer months, or walk along the trail for a weekend activity with the kids. This home is in close proximity to Interstate 77 and 85. Guests are welcome to park in the circular driveway offering plenty of parking space and easy entrance and exit points.

The neighborhood did not feel safe. It was not clearly stated that there was a rental underneath us until we got the check in information. The renters under us were so loud and up all night.

Nice house, nice neighborhood

We were very pleased with the overall functionality of the house and the safeness of the neighborhood. The TV was easy to operate and the primary bedroom was roomy. The bathrooms are small so my husband and I used separate bathrooms. The decor is modern and clean. However, the only condiments in the house was salt and pepper. I love to cook and didn’t cook on this trip because there weren’t any basic ingredients. Other than that, it’s a great place.
