Terrible Communication

Due to a canceled flight we were given approval to move our stay 2 days ahead. When that day arrived our host backed out on that agreement and said the place wasn't available. After that, the host would not respond to a single message. No explanation, no cleaning fee refund, no refund for the extra night we were charged (making it over $300/night!). Nothing. I would stay clear of booking this house.

Kissimmee Condo

Really enjoyed our short stay in Kissimmee. The condo was clean, spacious and wonderfully located. Food, fun and entertainment are all very accessible and close! Set in a gated community this place was perfect for two us and our doggie;

Great location!

This place was very close to Disney and other Orlando attractions. The place was very spacious with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner was very responsive when we had concerns with the garage door. We also noticed issues with some of the appliances. The pool area was very nice and convenient.

Felt unwelcome

Messaged host immediately upon check in with questions (including needing WIFI info) and received zero communication from host (after repeated messages) Kitchen area was run down (burn marks on kitchen table. chucks missing from laminate countertops) and the stove was unplugged and pulled away from the wall. The townhouse complex is located directly behind a busy Way Mart parking lot, where traffic backs up making it difficult to exit and enter. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that felt unwelcoming in many ways.
