Red Barn Ranch Retreat is a fully organic, and sustainable, upscale Farm Stay, situated on 4 acres. 7BR, 5 bath and 2 outdoor showers on site. Designed to entertain large groups for family getaways, reunions, retreats, wedding groups and celebrations. Enjoy a park-like setting, barn game room, oasis pool, hot tub, outdoor dining, vineyard, greenhouse, 3 BBQ grills, yard games, fire pit, and bird garden w/ chickens, ducks & Peacocks. Onsite farm stand with organic produce! Neighborhood wineries are within walking distance and within a short drive are beaches, golf courses and world-famous Amusement Parks.
This expansive property consists of 3 separate structures. The Main House, Barn Game Room and The Tiny Home (Industrial Mini Mansion). Combined indoor space of 5,500.
The home can comfortably sleep up to 20 guests and we do have additional options if more sleeping space is needed (please inquire for options and pricing).
Main House
This is a one story, 6 bedroom home with 4 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The home has a full size refrigerator with an additional deep freezer. There are no stairs to enter the main home.

The Tiny Home (IMM)- (7th Bedroom)
This 258 sq ft space boasts a very spacious layout for it's tiny footprint. There are stairs to enter this dwelling.

Barn Game Room
The Barn Game room is a 2,200 sq ft Barn. There are no stairs to enter this space. This space does not central heat/AC. There are large roll up doors/windows/ and fans. 2 propane heaters are available in the cold months. The Barn Game Room and Lounge is a great space for the family to congregate, watch movies, play games and relax. The Barn is equipped with multiple seating lounges, 7 arcade games, popcorn machine, an Industrial refrigerator, side by side basketball, dome hockey, pool table, shuffle board, giant connect 4 and more.
The park-like setting Includes:
- Oasis Pool and Hot tub (fully fenced for safety**)

Get away from it all and retreat into Ramona Valley Wine country with your loved ones! Get ready to enjoy a lazy afternoon on the Farmhouse porch as you take in the sounds of nature. After a leisurely morning, spend the afternoon hiking on one of the many famous hiking trails nearby. Work up an appetite conquering Potato Chip rock and then settle into the afternoon with an invigorating swim in the pool. Golfers can visit the captivating course at Mt. Woodson Golf Club or San Vicente Resort and Golf Club. Ramona is the new Southern California wine country, offering many local estate wines that are like no other. From the house it is a short walk to Principe di Tricase, Cactus Star Vineyard, Mermaid Winery, and Woof'n Rose Winery. There are over 30 wineries located within a 10 mile radius, making wine tours and tasting adventures easily accessible. While Ramona feels like you are a world away from civilization, you are within a 40 minute drive of any and all of the attractions within the greater San Diego area. This is a lovely jumping off point to visit the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Lego Land, The Safari Park, Balboa Park, Gaslamp, Del Mar and La Jolla Beaches, Coronado or apple pie tasting in Julian.

POOL | HOT TUB
2 hours of heated spa are included per day in the rental price. Each additional hour is $25.
The Pool can be heated for an additional cost.**Takes 24 hours to heat** Rates are subject to seasonal propane costs. Please inquire ahead of time if you are interested in having the pool heated during your stay.
