There are 3 green garbages cans ONLY for yard waste - meaning plants. DO NOT put regular trash in the green containers

Absolutely NO SMOKING in our home or on our property or there will be an extra charge. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

We have planted trees in the sloped part of our backyard covered with mulch. Please stay on the cemented parts of the backyard.
