Charles communicated with us about several items before and during our stay. The house was everything as described, in a nice neighborhood, we could have not been happier with the accommodations for our 8 adults and four small children.

We stayed at the house with our adult children and grandkids ages 2, 4, and 8. We had a wonderful time. The house has a pool with in ground hot tub, game room in the garage. Charles even had a high chair and portable crib for my grandson. The house is close to Legoland, the beach and 1 hr away from whale watching. The beds are so comfortable. Thank you!!! Charles we had a great time at your home.

Great place for family and friends to gather!

This is a beautiful property and wonderful for a large group! We had friends and family come together to celebrate our son's wedding. The home is very nicely furnished and everything is true to the photos. The yard is beautiful and a great extension of the home.

Perfect Stay

Charles’ house was perfect for our family Spring Break stay. We loved all of the amenities: the game room provided hours of fun for the children and adults, the pool and hot tub were great for relaxing, and the putting green allowed us to practice our mini golf skills. The house itself was clean, roomy, and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of beach and bathroom towels, pots, pans, and dishes. Overall, it was the perfect house for our vacation!

Great Little Oasis

We were in San Diego for a soccer tournament and this house was perfect for us. The house was very close to the soccer complex, was clean, had a lot of fun things to do, and the outdoor space was fantastic. We really didn’t need to go anywhere as the house had it all. Charles was also very responsive and gave us a lot of great information about the area. Great place to stay!

Wonderful 3 Generation Vacation Spot

This property was truly ideal for our 3 generation family trip. Located conveniently to many of southern Cal's tourist attractions, and a short drive to the beach make for an easy commute. The house is set up for family fun, with plenty of activities, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and ample room for our group of 12 to gather for meals and movies. Owners are great to deal with and quick to respond. Highly recommend this property.

Great Place for Family Vacation

We had 11 members stay. Near many San Diego attractions-- Zoo, Lego land, Oceanside Harbor, etc. Near grocery stores as well. Quiet neighborhood and near a local park to walk to with many hiking trails. Great pool and game room for the kids. Tight space to park 3 cars in the drive way with SUVs. Highly recommend!
