The security system has key-less coded entry and every suite has hotel-style safes for peace of mind. With plenty of energy-generating solar panels, this Eco-friendly house also has an Electric Vehicle charging outlet in the garage. In the front of the house, a private sandbox awaits for kids or adults alike that want to feel the sand in their toes. The toy closet is full of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and more.

The dual master suites and 2 guest suites all have your comfort in mind with luxury linens on dreamy king size beds, blackout drapes, Samsung flat screen TVs, and cove lighting. The upper level master bedroom has amazing ocean views through the soundproofed glass wall that overlooks the living room below. The navy blue décor and custom paintings highlight the expansive room. The large TV with surround sound adds entertainment options and the lounging chair invites you to watch the view all day or night. The master bath is the epitome of luxury with a deep soaking tub and separate multiple head shower. Bring all your clothes if you like with plenty of space in the room size master closet. The spacious main level master bedroom with décor in shades of blue has a balcony with ocean view, large his and her walk in closets, a ceiling fan, and fully stocked luxurious bathroom with a separate soaking tub.

The "Plum Suite" is decorated with a beautiful sunset picture and accents in shades of purple with a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, a large walk in closet, a Smart TV, and a unique ceiling fan.

The kids will love hanging out in the upper level kids room with 2 bunk beds, each with twin on top and full futon on bottom sleeping 4 and a TV with Blu-ray DVD player. The mermaid bathroom is directly across the hall with a large shower and all the amenities. The main level bunk den has a full size memory foam mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top and a balcony with a peek a boo ocean view. The den also has a closet for storage and both bunk rooms feature framed art by Ocean Beach artist Harry Holiday. Another full bathroom is available on the garage level for the guests staying in the main level bunk room or anyone needing to shower after coming in from the beach. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water near the garage entrance. There are no shortages of bathrooms with a half bath centrally located on the main level near the media room.

Everyone will enjoy lounging in the media room with ample seating by Lovesack. Watch a movie from our Amazon Prime library or log into your Netflix account on the 75 in. Samsung flat screen Smart TV with surround sound or play video games on either Xbox 1 or PlayStation 4 consoles.

The house also has a large tech desk for 2 with easy and free high speed WiFi connection and printer if you absolutely have to get some work done and 2 laundry rooms with full size LG steam washers and dryers but with optional mid week maid service, you don't have to do a thing but enjoy yourself.

Just in case you ever do want to venture out, the house is walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, pubs, parks, the pier, the weekly farmer's market, a movie theater, shopping, and Vital, an awesome new rock climbing gym to name a few. Enjoy plenty of sand during low tide and marvel at the waves crashing on the rocks during high tide. At anytime, dry sand is just an easy 5 minute walk north toward the Oceanside pier or in the new sandbox in front of the house. There's plenty of fun in Oceanside besides the excellent surf and sun just steps away. Don't miss the Oceanside Museum of Art! Paradise on the Strand is centrally located and only 20 minutes to LEGOLAND, 30 minutes to the Del Mar races and other beautiful beaches and within an hour to many San Diego attractions like Gaslamp Quarter, SeaWorld, The famous San Diego Zoo, and Safari Park. It is also within an hour to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, South Coast Plaza for upscale shopping and a little farther for Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and L.A.
