This is a very nice property in a beautiful location. But there are many key coded doors and gates for which no key code was provided. Also, the parking situation was not adequately explained.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience. The management team was very responsive to our requests. The rooms were comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. It was close to restaurants all within walking distance. It is really nice having two parking spots. The beach was very accessible. We really enjoyed sitting on the outside patio area both in the morning and evening. Would definitely use them again.

We were not told there was construction fencing in front of the property that obstructed the view which is the selling point of the unit. There is no cell service in the unit WiFi only. The biggest problem is the flies. You cannot keep them out of the unit. Not sure why. The unit does not have direct beach access unless you are very fit and can climb down the treacherous rocks at low tide

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry these issues impacted your stay. However, they were all outside of our control. The construction fencing is part of ongoing City work, cell service can be limited along the beachfront in this area which is why the home provides Wi-Fi for guests and regarding the flies, San Diego County is currently experiencing a Mexican fruit fly infestation, which has unfortunately affected areas throughout the region. We understand how frustrating these issues can be and appreciate your understanding. We also appreciate your feedback regarding beach access. The property does not have a traditional walk-down beach access and is is not advertised as having direct beach access, while the beach is just a short walk away.

Very nice and spacious property right in front of the ocean. Sunsets were beautiful from that patio. Or kids loved the property as well. Unfortunately during our stay there there was a dead rat on the public walkway behind the property next to this one which caused a very large amount of flies to come inside the property the whole stay. Contacted the property management company and they had someone come take the rat away the same day. Without the flies, it would have been a much better stay. But I know that a rat dying there is no fault of the property company. Just happened to be bad timing. The floors were a bit dirty when we first arrived as well. But overall, other than the hundreds of flies. It was a great stay.

Bunk beds were uncomfortable and skillets were missing to cook with and no tvs in the room. Otherwise everything was perfect and exactly as described we would stay again!

Beach getaway

We are locals that rented here to bring our 2 daughters, both school teacher, and their families to the beach with us on their week off. They were ready for a few days away from it all and this rental worked great.

Great house and location

We had a wonderful stay. There were a few hiccups trying to get in, but were easily and quickly fixed. Some minor issues but nothing we couldn't do handle for our short stay.

Great beach stay

I wanted something right on the beach and this was perfect. Lots of room for everyone and very comfortable. I would love to go back. I would probably prefer the privacy of an upper unit and will look into it for next time. Great trip!

Holiday with family

We loved everything about this place- location and amenities. We had a family of 10 and it was perfect for all of us- spa, fire pit and bar b q were all enjoyed! Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of beds for all! Thank you!

The location was great. Unfortunately the place was a run down and attention to detail was poor, especially for the amount of money we paid. The wifi was spotty at best and there was no cell service so we could hardly communicate with the property management which was unfortunate because there was a big leak in one of the bathrooms.

We had a great trip. We had a little trouble with the door code when we arrived, but the property manager was very responsive. The ocean outside out window was gorgeous.

Great place!

Listing is just as they advertise. Clean, neat, comfortable. They have a well organized management system, honestly never had to talk to them once and the app and digital entry worked perfectly which might be the best compliment to management I can give (I do the same thing for a living, they do it better).
