There are never more than 8 people allowed on property and that includes visitors and children . This is for vacations only, no parties, gatherings, celebrations or weddings.

The city offers a fun electric shuttle that will pick you up at your door and take you to any beach or coastal restaurant and then bring you back to the beach house. Just download the Ride Circuit app and select Oceanside.

This oceanfront building is comprised of 8 pristine condos ideally located along the pristine coastline of San Diego North County. Surf, swim, and walk or jog on the beach. Walk to the longest wooden pier on the west coast for dinner or fishing, and then stroll into the village area of Oceanside to visit its many restaurants and lovely shops. Drive 2 miles to the Harbor and enjoy the excitement of the harbor activities and wildlife. Hop on the Coaster train or Amtrak and you are off to San Clemente or San Diego destinations, each just 30 miles away. If you are a super athlete, Oceanside is the home to the Ironman. Don’t forget to walk by the home where TOP GUN was filmed. The Mission of San Louis Rey, Oceanside Harbor, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Legoland, Del Mar Race Track, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and much more are within easy striking distance from our beachfront villa.

A maximum of 8 humans including kids and infants. No parties , no events, no wedding related events. No more than the exact number of people indicated on your airbnb reservation. people. Extra people over what is indicated on your reservation are at a rate of $500 per person per day. This includes kids and visitors not spending the night .


Guest Contract and House Rules
1. Check in is 4 P.M. and checkout is 10 A.M.

2. This is a NON SMOKING property . Due to allergies, 1 -20 pound or under dog only with a $375 dog cleaning fee and agreement the animal is never left alone in the house without the owner supervising. If you leave the house for any reason the animal must be you. There are never more than 8 humans allowed on property.

3. The city is now very strict with vacation rentals and regulates how they may be used. This is a vacation destination and not a party or an event location. Parties and weddings of any size are not allowed. No visitors or extra overnights guests where you have invited more people than you indicated on your reservation request form.

4. Nothing illegal is permitted and grounds for immediate eviction and loss of rents.

5. This is an enforceable contract between Guest and owner. Any attempt to reserve a property by providing false or misleading information will cancel your reservation and you will forfeit any money or deposits paid to reserve the home.

6. Outside quiet time is 9pm. Please understand this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed. Music should never be played so loud that it can be heard at neighboring properties.

7. Guest shall be responsible for any and all damages arising during their visit, including all damages sustained by their guests or invitees, and tenant shall pay for all repairs and/or replacement required as a result of the damages. The security deposit is placed as a pre-authorization on guest credit card 2 days prior to guest departure and released upon no damages at guest departure. These costs may be more than your security deposit so you are encouraged to self-insure.

8. Guest acknowledges that the house, furnishings, and property are with faults. Accordingly, Guest agrees to take the house and property in an `as is,` `whereas, and with all faults` condition, and assumes all risk associated with the house, furnishings, and property. Owner makes no assurances regarding any air conditioning, beach, amount of sand, access to public beach, noise from neighbors, street or construction projects. These are items that may occur during your stay and we have no control over. This is an active beach community.

9. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner, its representatives, agents, and others working on its behalf (`Representatives`) against any claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, including all costs connected, which are or may be asserted or recovered against Owner and Representatives by reason of personal/bodily injury, death, or property damages, including loss of use which arises out of or is in any way connected with this contract. If there were an unexpected situation, emergency or disaster, we have the right to void this contract. If that were to happen, we would offer you a selection of other potential available properties.

10. Guest will provide your clothing, food, spices, condiments, cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap personal hygiene products, disposable goods, paper/plastic goods. You might want to bring charcoal and firewood. If you use up the supply we start you with of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper then you will buy what you need from the local stores. There are nearby stores to purchase all of these items.

11. You are only allowed to have the number of people on property as stated in your email request form. For example, if you declared 8 people on your reservation request ,then only 8 people can be on property at any time. This rule includes visitors not spending the night.

12. Prior to your 10 am departure on day of check out, please do your dishes and take out the trash. We will send in a crew to do your laundry at 10 am on check out day. If there is excessive cleaning and additional fee will be charged.

13. Pet, $275 per pet. Pets can not be left alone in any room or any part of the house if owner is not there or is sleeping. Animal must be with you or in a kennel when you are sleeping or when you leave the home. Animals panic and cause damage if you leave them in the home for just a few minutes. No pets on beds or furniture at any time. Please bring pet bedding and kennel. Only one pet per stay or pet fee and must be under 15 lbs. No large dogs.

14. Terms and conditions: The terms of this agreement are: no refunds. There are no refunds, for any reason. Guest further agrees once any payment to retain the home has been made, the terms of this contract specify no refunds. Once Guest arrives at rental property, Guest agrees they must inform manager in writing of any condition or listed amenity that needs repair or does not meet with their expectations. Guest agrees manager has 24 hrs to evaluate complaint and rectify or repair said situation. If repairs and or replacement can -not be made within 24 hrs, guest agrees to a maximum reimbursement and compensation of up to $45 per stay. That amount will be decided by the booking agent. Guest further agrees the beach and ocean are an ever changing environment. There are no assurances made about weather, beach, level of sand, water, waves or access to the public beach.
Since we have a no refunds policy, we suggest you purchase travel insurance for a variety of protections. Guest agrees to accept the home, contents of the home, beach, sand, rock, ocean and weather in as is condition for the duration of their stay and for the payment amount agreed to at time of booking. Tides change daily as does the condition and appearance of the beach.
