What a great property! There is so much to do right at the house that we didn't even need to leave! Beautiful home, tons of room and so well organized! Really appreciated all the labeling and the wonderful kitchen full of nice dishes, kid dishes and pots and pans.

This stay was incredible. We had a wonderful time. The home was extremely well equipped and directions were very clear on how everything worked. When we arrived everything was very clean and ready for the week of fun! They truly thought of everything when creating such a fun family-centered vacation spot! The view of the reservoir and surrounding mountains was so pretty, the pool and mini golf and basketball court was a huge hit with the kids and we enjoyed meals on the patio every day. There was plenty of space and more than enough things for everyone to enjoy! We had a hard time convincing ourselves to leave the house to hit the beach! Will hopefully return someday. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Amazing week at this beautiful property! Gorgeous views and every outdoor activity you could ever want!Great floor-plan with comfortable space for all of our family members. House was meticulously clean and well equipped with everything for our stay. Location of the home was super convenient to everything in the Escondido and San Diego area. The hosts were super organized and helpful from beginning to end. We would absolutely return to this fabulous home!!!

Our multi-generational family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! Everything was spotless, organized and fully equipped! The pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, basketball court, game room and all outdoor amenities were amazing! The host was welcoming and responsive. It was perfect for our extended family of 14. This VRBO is the best place we have stayed at. Everything from the home, basketball court, pool/jacuzzi were all so great. I would recommend everyone stay here if they are in the San Diego/Escondido area!

Beautiful Property

Our family had a great stay. Clean and comfortable inside with lots of space but the outside is where we spent most of our time. Activities galore kept both adults and kids happy! We’d book again without thought.

Perfect For Families!!

We stayed here for our family reunion. We had 17 people and we all slept comfortably! It was a perfect location. This property had so many different options for fun that we rarely left! The pool, hot tub, lawn games, volleyball court, basketball court, pickleball, game room and the over all comfort and spaciousness of the home made it a perfect place for our family reunion!

Wonderful

Our time at this beautiful house was just what my family needed for a fun time together. Kids loved the heated pool, basketball court and game room. The house was beautifully equipped, clean and the hosts were great so work with. Would love to stay here again!!! Highly recommended.

We had a great time at this property. The house is spacious and has all the amenities we needed. There are a lot of towels even ones for the pool. The pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, pickle ball court, basketball court, game room, we tried them all. The house is cleaned well before we came in. The host is very responsive and friendly. A wonderful location for a family event

This is a great upscale property for a family event with members of all ages. The property management team is very communicative and helpful. Lots to do on the property and plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommended.

The house is wonderful, exactly as portrayed in pictures. Plenty of space for our group of 11 and more than enough to keep adults and kids entertained. Mo was incredibly responsive to any questions and resolved a couple small issues immediately, best host we’ve dealt with yet. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property for families with children.

Perfect from start to finish. Host was easy to reach and followed through with anything needed, Property is easy to use ( great instructions) , fun, private, large grounds, great amenities and atmosphere. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance large and small.
