We had three families on our vacation and the house was perfect! Mark was an excellent host and we hope to be back soon. Close to the beach, great restaurants, beautiful pool, lots and lots and lots of room for everyone! Best VRBO we have ever had!

This was the perfect getaway for a long weekend! The home was beautiful, very clean / well furnished, and communication with Mark was speedy and helpful. The pool and spa were so relaxing, and we enjoyed grilling dinner while the hot air balloons floated past. Close to downtown for dinner, coffee/drinks, and local shopping, you really can't go wrong. We would have stayed another week if we could!

Absolutely beautiful home inside and out, with a vast and picturesque view. All rooms and outdoor spaces are very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. The location is peaceful and quiet. Great for a secluded getaway or as spacious and serene haven to return to after daily outings. The neighborhood is exclusive and very safe as well, with just a 10 minute drive to the coast. The host always responded within minutes and made everything very easy for us.... thank you Mark!

Gorgeous RSF Dream Estate lives up to it's name! My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this property and it exceeded our expectations. The property is well maintained, spacious, beautifully landscaped and creates a seamless transition to the outdoor beauty. Mark was responsive from day 1 and met all our requests immediately. Girls Weekend Get Away! This place was perfect for us 8 ladies. We just wanted somewhere clean and warm, with a pool. This place was so perfect.
