Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom solar heated pool home backing on to 1st fairway of Tara Golf Course. If you choose, your rental comes with a nominal golf membership option with a 1 month minimal stay. Relax by the southern exposure pool with a drink after dinner or dine at the club in one of the best restaurants in the area.

The home has been completely renovated with new furniture, kitchen appliances, floors and paint. The rental also includes cable TV, broadband internet.

The master bedroom includes a TV, king bed with walk in shower and closet while the second bedroom includes its own shower and double bed. The third bedroom features three single beds with walk in shower.

The home has two living rooms with one featuring a pull out couch for extra sleeping, a large flat screen HD TV as well as a separate dining area with comfortable seating for eight.

The clubhouse is a short walk from the lanai and includes besides fabulous dining a state of the art fitness area and spa.

This home was amazing! The lanai was especially nice and comfortable. The views of the country club were great and lots of birds to watch. Everything worked well, washer, dryer, tvs etc. The air broke and within 15 minutes of calling the host someone was there to fix it. Grocery stores are near by also. We totally enjoyed our stay. Would like to stay again in the future.

Lovely Location

This house has a quiet neighborhood atmosphere, yet it provides easy access to major thoroughfares and is close to numerous shopping and recreational sites. The pool is well maintained, and the golfers are visible but not distracting. Evenings on the back patio were very quiet and relaxing. Communication with the owner was pleasant and easy. We would stay here again sometime.

We had a great stay. The home was as described, the property was clean and the home amenities suited our families need well. The pool deck and pool were very nice, however, we visited in November, and the solar heating was not significant, I may have misunderstood the description of the heating, but assumed the water would have been warmer for swimming during November. Overall great stay, would definitely come back.

Fantastic home

This property was an excellent place to stay, well equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay, either as an adult or family group. Beautiful house that has everything you need for a great vacation. Indoor and outdoor space was perfect. We used as home base for a trip to universal and family visits in Bradenton. Easy drive to beach. Kids loved the pool. Pauline and Stu were very friendly and quickly answered any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again in future visits.

Very comfortable Stay

We love this home with a pool on the golf course. Sand hill cranes greet us in the morning. Very quiet neighborhood close to 75 to get you to Sarasota in no time. We love the area. Lots to do. Good restaurants. Owners are very easy to contact with any issues.

My wife and I are two semi retired executives with 2 daughters and 5 young grandchildren who love visiting are beautiful home in Florida. We have been coming to Florida for the past several years with the intention of increasing our time as our professional schedules permit.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy at Tara after having rented on several prior occasions. We also chose to accept the advice and recommendations from freinds who were well established at Tara and who had as well made recent purchases for their homes.

What makes this property unique

Our home has arguably the best location on the golf course. It is a short walk to the amenities of the clubhouse and the practice range as well as next to the 9th green and 1st tee. We also enjoy the proximity of the ocean and the city of Sarasota with its many world renowned cultural activities.
