First Floor Villa! Located in Prestigious Shipyard Plantation. "Beachwalk" has the closest Villas to the beach! - Our Spacious Two bedroom /two bathroom villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. This villa has a view of the lagoon and the #6 Fairway on the Shipyard Golf course. We are steps away from the community pool and a 5 min. shaded walk or bike ride to the beach. Includes Beach cart, umbrella and two beach chairs.
Shipyard's amenities include access to Shipyard Golf Club and Van Der Meer Tennis with 20 courts (reservations required) Short bike ride to Coligny Plaza & Shops. Close to Low Country Celebration Park.

Ground Floor Villa, but 5 steps to front door. Both bedrooms are on main floor, no interior stairs. ** Fireplace is cosmetic only, not for use.

2 months at Beachwalk

Great location! Can’t get much closer to the beach and the pool was across the parking area. Condo has a great deck and the bedrooms are large. The electric fireplace was a hit with it being cool this year. New stainless appliances and large washer & dryer. Very comfortable for a two month stay. Communication was excellent
