This is a 2 BR, 2 bath, 1st floor villa that overlooks the large lake (lagoon) with lots of wildlife and accommodates up to 6 people; spacious and new flooring and newly renovated master bath with a fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer are in the villa.

Brigantine Quarters is set in a secluded, relaxing atmosphere surrounded by tall oaks and palm trees. Shopping, dining and entertainment are nearby at Coligny Square; less than a 10 minute walk.

Best of all, the spectacular HHI beach is a short block and a half away through Brigantine Quarters private access gate which is just off of the back of the unit.

This villa sits on a tranquil lake (lagoon) and the covered back porch is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful environment with lots of wildlife to observe.

On the grounds are 2 tennis/pickleball courts, 2 swimming pools (one is heated March and April), a playground, and a picnic area with gas grills. Paved bike paths are immediately accessible to bike throughout the island.

HHI Heaven

We have been coming to HHI for the past 6 years and find Brigantine Quarters one of the most convenient locations in Shipyard. Unit #290 is next to the gate that leads to the beach. Nice ground floor unit right on the lagoon with lots of wildlife to enjoy. The BBQ is just steps away, as is the two pools on the property. It is a short 5 minute bike ride to an abundance of restaurants, stores and things to see. Biking is awesome. We will be back!

Brigantine Quarters

Brigantine Quarters is a great place to stay. The complex is nice and has two pools (one heated), both very nice. Proximity to beach is good. 10 minute bike ride to Shipyard Beach Club which has showers & bathrooms or exit back gate for more secluded private beach which is even closer. Also, close proximity and easy bike ride or walk to Coligny Circle. The unit itself is a little outdated. Could use an update - furniture, mattresses, etc. Our host was nice and attentive. No problems during stay. I would stay again.

Fantastic Hilton Head Condo

We loved this condo. Everything about it worked great for us. The gate to the bike paths and the beach was literally outside our door. It was so easy to get to beach. Had bikes delivered and liked going thru gate for some good rides. Condo was clean and well equipped. Anything you could want was in kitchen. Loved the back deck, had coffee there every morning and had fun watching the turtles. Marc was so good to work with and gets back to you immediately. I would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Hilton Head.

Everything you need for a week's vacation

Great location within Shipyard: quiet and tucked back away from the main roads. The condo is right next to the beach access gate which leads out of the plantation and requires a 10 minute walk to the beach. Only comment I would make here is the windows to the living room and main bedroom are facing the gate so in the evening you'll need to keep the drapes closed unless you want everyone walking through the gate to see inside your room. The property was very clean and included everything you would need to spend a week here, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. There are two pools, which were both great; however, I would note there is no hot tub. Check-in was super easy and would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Nice family vacation

We had very relaxing family vacation in June. Villa was very clean, kitchen fully stocked. Very short (like 10 minutes with 4 kids) walk to the beach. Private beach access is around the corner of the villa. Beach was never crowded, not even on July 4th weekend. The only thing I missed in the villa - work desk or any other desk other than dining table (we were on workation, a lot of people don’t need this on their vacation, I completely understand). Communication with the owner was very smooth - he answered my questions very quickly. There are two pools in this complex, both are very close to the villa. Big pool is very nice, well decorated, comfortable lounge type seatings, very nice shade - perfect work place while watching kids playing, but again - there is no wifi. We had a lot of fun watching birds, alligators even raccoon visited us one day from the back porch while sipping morning coffee. Very nice, clean, well priced villa.

Awesome vacation.

We had an awesome vacation in the middle of May 2021. It was last minute trip but we loved everything and enjoyed every minute of our stay: beach, ocean, bike rid on a beach, heated pool, porch with an amazing view from the condo, breakfast with alligators )) The host is wonderful and very helpful. We wish to go back.

Very private and quiet

This condo is in a gated community, it was so quiet that we all slept like a rock. This unit was next to the locked gate leading to the private beach only two long blocks away. No need to pack up the car and head to the public beach which was jammed pack. The beds were all very comfortable, also very clean and spacious. The kitchen had all your basic needs. There was a pool right across from the condo if you have little ones. Also close to a lot of great restaurants. Highly recommend this condo and would book again.
