Wow! Waterfront living!!! Enjoy a special experience at this centrally-located newly remodeled condo. Located directly on the Caloosahatchee River is a dream location. Sit by the water as the tides come in and out while you watch the dolphins, manatees, and other sea creatures pass on by. Maybe take your kayak out which is easily launched from the bank of the river. The free hop on hop off trolley stops in front of the gated property. Take the trolley to one of the many many stops to downtown and beyond. Min stay req 30 days or more. Ask about monthly discounts. Enjoy the large pool or soak in the hot tub.

We are a couple from southern New Hampshire and would like to share our future retirement home with others to enjoy. We love this lively yet quiet area. This location makes it easy to stay without a car or it can be your central point for visiting beaches, boating and endless gulf coast tropical adventures
