Featuring a 1st Floor (No Stairs) Fully furnished condo conveniently located just steps away from gated community pool, hot tub jacuzzi, fitness center, BBQ grills, and Rec Room. Just 15 minutes (6 miles) north of PHX Sky Harbor Airport. Condo is located centrally and closeby to all the best activities, events, shopping, hiking, and restaurants that the Phoenix and its surrounding cities have to offer! Couple miles North, you’ll be in Paradise Valley; the wealthiest area in all of Arizona. Couple miles East, you’ll be in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale; which has a Fashion Square Mall and so many fancy restaurants. Couple miles South, you’ll be in Tempe; home of ASU Arizona State University. Couple miles West, you’ll be in Biltmore Area; an upscale luxurious area with high end resorts and shopping. Small dogs allowed: 20 lbs or less allowed with $150 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet. 2 dogs maximum.

Great Experience/Stay!

Amazing experience and host! Great location with friendly neighbors and atmosphere. Very quiet area if you're looking to get away for some time. Highly recommend visiting.

Excellent location and fantastic property manager made for a wonderful stay!

This unit is the best in the whole condo complex as the patio faces South, metal screen door and patio door allows for nice breeze through the unit. Right across from the fitness center and just steps from the hot tub and pool area. We requested a few little things for the place (kitchen tool, stick vacuum, batteries, lightbulbs) which were delivered overnight. Kitchen Is well equipped with good knives (rare in our experience) pots and pans, rice cooker, plastic food storage containers and Keurig. Had a nice amount of starter kitchen and bathroom supplies which was really appreciated. Living room sectional with recliners is very comfortable. No carpet in the unit. Gated parking area with covered canopy. Neighbourhood is wonderful for walking. CVS pharmacy and several restaurants within one block. 5 minute drive to Camelback Mtn. 10 min drive to Herberger Park with Pickleball and Tennis courts. If walking the canal is more your speed, it’s half a block away. We seated for 2 months. Highly recommended, for short or long term stay.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s right in the heart of things we love to do. We are both into fitness and are foodies. This neighborhood is centrally and so closely located between many different hiking routes as well as the best dining that Phoenix areas has to offer.

This is our home and we want our guests to make it feel like their home. We’ve taken care of it and carefully selected the homey furniture for a comfortable and cozy stay. We want our guests to feel like it’s their home away from home.
