Wrong size bed
The listing says that there is a queen size bed and a twin size sofa bed. There was not. Instead of a queen there was a full size bed (which is too small for my 6'5" husband) so he had nowhere to sleep. There were also zero sheets for the couch bed, so I don't think its okay to list that as a place for people to sleep. I certainly wasnt going to allow my child to sleep directly on the couch's mystery stains! We discovered these problems when we got to the property around midnight, and then began the nightmare of trying to get help. The "Mary's stay" staff kept asking us to take screen shots of the undersized bed and insisting that the listing doesnt actually say that there is a queen sized bed! The repeated attempts at gaslighting were pretty outrageous. They had no explanation for why the unit had no sheets for the advertised sofa bed. They kept telling me that "their team" just needed more time to figure out what to do... and then acting like they had no idea what was going on when I would call back again - just asking for more and more screen shots. It wasnt until 3 am when I was about to collapse from exhaustion and my husband began angrily calling that someone finally showed up with sheets for the sofa bed and extra blankets so that my husband could crash out on the floor.To their credit, they moved us the next day to a larger unit with an actual queen sized bed in one room and a second bedroom with a twin for my kid. Our stay ended up being okay in the end.
