A fully equipped 3-bedroom apartment with stunning views over Terrace Downs Resort and Rakaia Gorge. Amenities: Wi-fi, large Smart TV, Sky. Located just 1 hour from Christchurch, 20 minutes to Methven. Ideal for skiing (Mt Hutt, Porters Heights), fishing, walks, jet boating. Terrace Downs Resort offers golf, shooting, archery, tennis and a spa.

The Space:

Secluded end unit for added privacy. All on one level. Three bedrooms all featuring Californian king beds that can convert to singles. The Master bedroom boasts an ensuite with a walk-in tiled shower and a spa bath with bi-fold shutters, perfect for enjoying the mountain views whilst bathing. There is an additional shared bathroom with a tiled shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Open plan living, with French doors opening onto a balcony overlooking Terrace Downs Resort and the surrounding mountains. Separate laundry area with washer and dryer. Smart TV, allowing access to Netflix and Neon - just bring your account details. Sky Starter and Sky Sports is also included.

A covered car park is located beneath the apartment with lit external stairs to the apartment's private entry.

Great Stay

Very comfortable accommodation in a beautiful location. Views to die for. Had some glitches with gas operations but Host was super responsive, despite being overseas, and all was soon sorted. Highly recommend this lovely villa, great spa bath as well!!

Great stay

Had a wonderful stay at this condo. Weather was rainy so we did not get to enjoy the porch. It would have been very relaxing. Great amenities. Very comfortable and clean. Bring a bag of ice because the ice maker is slow. Would stay there again.

Lovely Apartment, fantastic view

everything as expected and great, except for the clubhouse breakfast...We booked in advance for 6. Kitchen supply couldnt keep up with the buffet demands. So dissapointing to end off our experience. I let the teens eat what was available and wife and i just had to do without! Crazy.
