This villa stands out from the rest with an updated interior, ground floor location and walking distance to local favorites at Seascape Towne Centre. The Seascape amenities include beach access, multiple pools, golf and several restuarants onsite. Everyting about this space is creates a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation and making lasting memories.

The Space:
This villa has a fully stocked ktichen and open living area with a sleeper sofa. The dining room and living rooms both open out to the patio, which over looks the quiet golf course. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with an updated large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom opens to a new full size bed and shabby chic decor. The villa has updated TVs in both bedrooms and living room, great for watching movies after a long day at the beach!

The Neighborhood:
Seascape is a quiet golf and tennis community with access to the beach and several pools, and is between both Scenic 98 and Hwy 98.

We loved our stay in this villa!! Responsive host (Amanda) and clean, comfortable and updated condo. Loved that it’s nestled in nature at back of the Seascape property so it’s quiet and has a beautiful view of the mature trees and golf course from the private patio. Well cared for grounds with several swimming pools and walkable to the beach. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!
