My husband and I recently retired and decided to take a much needed vacation down to Florida and ended up in Cape Coral and fell in love with the area! We are from a small town in Minnesota. There is no snow in the Cape! It feels less hectic and more like home than other areas we visited. It is only minutes from Fort Myers! We love the walking and biking trails, pickle ball, the beach, and the fresh seafood and fruits. We think you will love it here too!
