Find peace and serenity in this newly renovated cabin nestled on sand lake. Sand Lake is one of best swimming lakes in the Northwoods and right the back door. This property features two levels to entertain the whole family. Perfect location only a few minutes away from Minocqua, Tomahawk, Rhinelander and many activities. Modern updates including smart tv's, Starlink WIFI internet, and streaming services. Great views from the deck with a back yard with frontage on sand lake.

The Space:
All new interior with exterior updates planned and in motion. Lower level features 3 bedrooms with a large family room containing a 50" Smart TV. Walk out to the lake from the lower level with the lake side entrance. Up a few stars will lead to the main living space featuring a 4th bedroom, bathroom, family room, dining room, and kitchen. This open concept main level leads out to a deck with seating areas and a grill.

Includes a canoe and pedal boat for guest use.

Great Getaway

We loved the property and how much room we had for our family. It was nice and relaxing. We thought the mosquitoes would be terrible but really wasn’t that bad at all! Kids already want to go back.

Let me first say that this is a lovely lakeside cottage. I didn't give it all the stars because the photos, while accurate give the impression that this is a more upscale place. It is a humble cottage, which is fine and lovely, but not upscale. We were there as husband, wife, and two 12-year olds. The kiddos had a blast jumping off the dock, paddle-boating, catching frogs, and making a campfire. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the deck. The hosts were wonderful and responsive and answered all of my sometimes silly questions. This is a fabulous location in a great part of the North Woods.Suggestions for packing I wish I had known-salt, pepper and cooking oil (not provided)-LOTS of beach towels-toilet paper (only 1 roll provided)-laundry soap if you plan to wash-kleenex/tissue-tupperware or ziploc for leftovers-keurig pods (there is a machine but no pods)
