We had a wonderful family getaway, the accomadations were great and very close to fun activities. We went kayaking and hiking and found plenty of things to do. the trip was too short. I would recommend this to anyone!

Love this house...works perfect for us. We have stayed here twice and plan to use it again...we come from NY to go to a Race every March. We dont spend alot of time at the house itself but the 4 bedrooms and 2 baths work out great...always well kept...nice patio

Travel Softball Trip

Entire family and 2 friends stayed and Joanie was very helpful to work with. The house was very clean and kids enjoyed the outdoor area when we were around. Convenient to local shops and restaurant as well as UF.

Excellent Gator Getaway

We stayed here for a roommate reunion weekend. The property is super clean, everyone got their own bedroom and there is plenty of hangout room. Easy walk to campus and the stadium. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

The home was perfect for a game day group. Our party of 8 included family and friends. The space was perfect for hanging out and the backyard was great! The kitchen was well appointed and the bedrooms were perfect size. You can tell the owners really care about their guests and their experience!

UF Grad weekend

Cozy stay for Daughter's College Graduation

Before we stepped foot into the home, the owners maintain clear communication regaring our upcoming stay. From the moment we stepped foot in the property, we felt at home. It was very cozy, smelled great and it was very clean. The backyard was great for hanging out and enjoying coffee in the morning and playing games at night. The living room was our favorite place to gather because the couch was so comfy and there were games for us to play. There was plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortable and enjoy each other's company. Would highly recommend this property.

Could’ve been better

Unfortunately we did not have the best visit at this renatal. The Front door locking system was a huge pain. We were locked out of the house several times and had to call the owner. Why the code changes automatically while we’re staying there is beyond me. I would give the cleanliness of the house was 6/10. Make sure you clean the kitchen utensils and coffee machine when you arrive. . The mattresses need to be changed out in our opinion. I would rate my over all stay at 5/10

The front door is a keyless Schlage keypad and I haven’t had any issues with 3 homes in over 8 years. This is the first complaint we’ve ever received about the 5 mattresses are all 1 1/2 year old organic Awara mattresses covered with organic mattress protectors and organic sheets. I will inspect them for any issues but it’s difficult to please everyone’s firmness preference. My cleaner puts the entire utensil drawer through the dishwasher after every guest stay. I will alert the cleaner to pay extra special attention to cleaning the Nespresso, Keurig, and Mr coffee drip coffee machines with complimentary coffee provided. Sorry we were unable to appease you as we have over 150 five star reviews (3 properties) but many of these issues could have been communicated through a phone call or text rather than a public platform.
