Storey Lake Condo

Overall for the price we were pleased with the stay. However, the drain in the full bathroom was broken and there was someone’s hair in it. Also the beds were basically like plastic mattresses and were extremely uncomfortable. It was nice that we were provided with a significant amount of towels and basically toiletry items. The slides, pool and lazy river were so much fun. We didn’t find out until the last day that there was another clubhouse with more kid friendly activities so that was kind of a bummer. Also, we didn’t receive the check in link and the barcodes needed when we were supposed to. I did have to go back and ask, however the Property manager was very quick to respond and gave us what we needed. Overall, it was a good stay, I would stay at Storey Lake again however I would pick a different condo to stay in.

Nice, could use more items

Maria was easy to work with, check in was easy. Epass for getting into the community was nice, when it worked. Pools needed a code to get into, no code was given to us. They said it was in the epass, however that code was way to long and did not work. Kitchen utensils need to be updated as the spatulas are rubber and broken. Fridge needs to be fixed it does not stop after you open it and slams into the cupboard next to it. Need shower towel hooks closer to the door of the shower so you don’t get the floor all wet. Rugs would be nice inside the condo.
