Beautiful Ocean View Penthouse with Private Terrace

Case Dena is located in the upper village near the Church of San Giovanni. Well away from the crowds , yet near Restaurants , shopping and Cafes. Beautiful Views of the Mediterranean Sea , Green Mountains , and the entire village. The large private terrace is lovely for intimate dinners , drinks and relaxing vistas of the sunset. Only ten minutes walk from train station. Unique oversized apartment. 115 m2 = 1238 ft2 with an huge terrace of 50m2.
This fully equipped and air conditioned apartment has the best views in town.
Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including dishwasher.
Comfortable mattress in 2 bedrooms that sleeps 4 plus an extra futon in the living room.
For the 5th guest there is an extra charge of $30 a night.
Full equipped bathroom, with laundry machine.
TV and boardgames are available.
Beautiful large terrace to enjoy ocean views , sunsets, and great meals. You can see the ocean from the bed every morning !
Walking distance to all major attractions in town, such as bars, restaurants, beaches and
train station.
It is located on a 5th floor.
There is no elevator in the building .

Probably the nicest place in all of cinque terre. The patio on the roof is just for you not shared with others apartments. The apartment is very spacious. This is the perfect location. I gave it 5 stars because 10 stars wasn’t allowed.

The upstairs bathroom took a little getting used to but it's probably completely normal in Cinque Terre because everything is very very vertical. Loved the place and the stay.

Wonderful place to stay with amazing views of town and the sea, especially from the terrace! Very nice place to stay in order to see all of Cinque Terre, and easy to manage with three small children. People were very friendly and Carolina was a wonderful host.

Great stay. A fabulous accommodation in Cinque Terre. Host was great; answered questions promptly and even arranged parking for us in the village. Stay was as advertised and terrace was a nice feature - to sit out with coffee in morning and a glass of wine in the evening.

Incredible view! Beautiful home. The hostess was very responsive and helpful. The stairs to the property are not for the faint of heart. Because of train delays (Italian trains a wild) we got in late so getting to the place in the dark was challenging but the pictures and check in instructions made it seem like a scavenger hunt. Our only complaint was that the A/C was broken in the master (the hostess was VERY apologetic) and the bathroom was smelly. (I think that’s just what a person can expect with beach town plumbing) overall, it was a home away from home and we were very happy with our stay.

We enjoyed Riomaggorie very much! The rooftop terrace offers beautiful views. The stairs to reach the apartment are very steep but worth the climb for the wonderful view and nice, clean apartment.

Caroline’s house is beautiful and in a great location- we really enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings! She was super helpful securing parking for us and provided excellent communication during our stay. We loved the apartment and would definitely stay here again.
