The three bedrooms are complete with a soothing color palette, soft linens, luxury mattresses, plenty of natural light, and blackout shades.

The master suite features a King size bed and a private in-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower, and tub. You also have a balcony off of the master with a gas fireplace. Peak ocean views from the window of this room as well.

The second bedroom has two Full size beds.

The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds, both of which are a Full bed on bottom and a twin bed on top. 4 total beds in this room (2x full and 2x twin). This room also has access to a balcony with gas fireplace

The top floor Den is set up as a second living room, but also can be used as an additional sleeping area. The couch in this room pulls out into a full size bed. This room also has a gas fireplace and a large 86 inch Samsung Smart TV. There is also a board game shelf in this room stocked with many popular board games and card games. There is also a workstation/desk in this room.

The three bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, lotion, towels, and blow dryer in each bathroom.

Or hang out on the swinging bench while soaking in the San Diego sunshine and ocean breeze.

The sky lights up at night with the Seaworld fireworks show, which this home has the perfect view of from the roof deck. Seaworld does the fireworks show nightly during the summer season and Friday/Saturday during other times of the year. Please check on SeaWorld San Diego's website for the exact Fireworks schedule for your stay.

YOU WILL HAVE THE ENTIRE PROPERTY TO YOURSELF.

When you stay in this gorgeous home, you have the entire space to yourself. You can use all the rooms and amenities, including the washers and dryers, outdoor spaces, rooftop deck, high-speed WiFi ect

From here, you are a short walk from the local grocery stores, restaurants/bars, and some of the area's best shopping, dining, and nightlife venues. You're also a short drive from some of San Diegos most beautiful natural landmarks, hiking trails, water sports, beach, golf courses, and other outdoor recreation spots.
Other things to note
• Parking - You will have access to a private two car garage as well as additional street parking available

•STRICTLY NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval. Fine of $150 per unregistered guest.

• Quiet hours between 10PM-8AM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance. $500 fine if quiet hours are not followed.

• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Please message us directly for early check-in/late check-out requests, we will do our best to accommodate if our booking schedule allows.

• There is a "Ring" doorbell and cameras recording on the premises (outdoors only, no recording devices inside the home). All cameras are facing away from the property, to ensure the safety of our guests and property. Camera's face the exterior front and back of the home (Back ally, front entrance, and rear access point). Please message us about any questions or concerns.
