Ginima Beach House is just 4 blocks to the beach and 5 blocks from the bay! Prime location with a lot of space great for family vacations. We provide some bikes, paddle boards, surf boards, and beach items. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, bars, and the beach. We make this place your home away from home! Special request welcomed to make your stay memorable.

Everything was great. House was clean amnesties was good, only inconvenience was no additional parking. There is a two car garage but wasn’t enough for 14 people, we had three vehicles and had to find parking where available

The beach house was a great homebase for us as we celebrated my FIL 90th birthday. The home was the perfect size with plenty of room and having outdoor seating was nice to hangout. The rooms were all nicely kept and clean, the bathrooms were also clean and having 3 of them was awesome. The kitchen was equipped with just about everything you need, the TV was huge and fairly easy to use and the air-conditioning was a huge plus. The area surrounding the home is quite busy both day and night and we were concerned the noise but, it was not a problem. We did have a problem the heater coming on randomly but it was taken care of right away. We would recommend staying here to be close to the beach, great restaurants and shops.

Terrific Place to stay!!!

We absolutely loved our stay!!! It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but has large rooms and plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay there again!

Great property, close to beach and restaurants close within walking distance. House was clean and much larger than the pictures make it seem. The host was very responsive and quickly fixed a problem with the AC.

perfect for big groups!

This place was perfect for a big group! Nice rooms to split, and an extra bunk bed we didn't know about to give us all our own bed. We stayed for a bachelorette trip and it was perfect for that.

Low key bachelorette party

This rental was fantastic for the “girls gone mild” bachelorette party I threw for my sister. There were plenty of beds, tons of space, and the outdoor areas were super cute and relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked and the location was very close to the beach and to bars/restaurants. We had a great, relaxing stay. The only downside was the entrance being in the alley, but the multiple different codes to get in the house made me feel very safe.

Loved it mostly. The rooftop area doesn't remotely resemble the posted pics. Looked clean on first glance but was not really clean. Awful smell in fridge. I walk barefoot in house bottom of feet got black. Beds were comfortable. Too many remotes for all tvs very confusing. Besides these things it was a great house and we had a great time

Even Better than Expected!

The host is awesome and very accommodating. The house is bigger and better than expected. This was a great location, as its blocks from the beach and right in the heart of all the bars and restaurants of PB. There were plenty of beds and space and the house was clean. There was also a lot of different equipment like beach chairs, surfboards, etc. I would definitely stay again!

Underwhelming

The property was missing several key items (e.g only 5 forks for a property that sleeps 14; a broken burner on grill which meant it never got hot enough to cook with; photos shows 6+ bikes, but there were only 2). Location provided good access to PB. The kitchen needs some TLC for this property to support a large group.

Good family stay option

Overall a very good stay, with some small suggested improvements. I would stay again happily. Pros - good location in central Pacific Beach, not far from beach (about 10 to 15 min walk). Lots of beach supplies (bikes, toys, surfboards, etc). Beds are comfortable, AC works well, internet good. Clean and it seems like recently upgraded bathrooms. Windows well insulated so that you don't hear much noise from the busy Garnet Ave. Washer + Dryer work great. Host responsive and helpful. Things that could be improved - overall the house is showing some wear and tear. The kitchen stove is on its last legs, the kitchen is lacking a variety of things (needs more bowls and small plates, not enough glassware, not enough rags and kitchen towels), roof deck and patio furniture very dated, gas BBQ outside doesn't work as it's missing a piece in the back so the draft doesn't allow the food to cook (totally unusable). And two of the door locks don't work - the one that enters from Garnet doesn't lock and the door can be pushed open from the outside, and the door to the garage from the side of the house the keypad didn't work (battery maybe dead?).
