This was my wife and I’s first beach trip together. It was absolutely the best place to stay. Perfect view, great access to the beach. Room was plenty for us, very clean. We loved everything about it. Host was awesome, very friendly, responded in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about staying.

This unit is a very clean, small studio, and it could not be any closer to the beach or the pool! The host was very communicative! I would highly recommend this place for a getaway to spend on Daytona Beach! We loved watching the sunrise every morning!

A beautiful condo!!! Everything we needed was right there. Lots of small touches that made our visit so pleasant. Property owner/ manager was VERY helpful. Steps away from the beach. Close to many restaurants etc. and some places we even walked to. On our visit, we always felt safe. It’s small, but what is the saying ..”the best things come in small packages!!”

Just Don't

The owner, Kim accused me of breaking the old vertical blinds and said she would be "filing a claim". If pulling the chain to close the blind causes the blind to be destroyed, then she should have invested in a more updated window treatment. The lockbox is also faulty, but she said that was my fault too. Don't bother with this property.

Hello my name is Kim and I am a retired fire fighter in Florida. I love the beach and love going there anytime I get. I love playing various sports. My ocean front place is nicely remodeled and located in a well managed small resort. It is a diamond in a rough located in a small ma and pa resort. Located far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist in Daytona but close enough to visit and enjoy the Daytona entertainment. It is one of the few building in the area seated closest to the ocean and only steps to beachwalk from building.
