02. The place is absolutely stunning and is furnished with all necessities. It has been nicely decorated and also consists of a HUGE BALCONY.

03. The LOCATION is simply amazing. The stay is located on the SHORES of a BEACH. One can fall asleep & wake up to the sounds of the crashing waves and the calls of the sea birds. The Villa speaks volumes about CLEANLINESS & TIDINESS. It's always maintained in a CHIC & DUST FREE atmosphere.

The property is located on the BEACHSIDE and is a 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT with a huge spread out BALCONY/SIT-OUT. The house is extremely MODERNISED with high class interiors and facilities.

The BEDROOMS consist of KING SIZED BEDS, comfortable for 2 ADULTS and an INFANT. Additional MATTRESSES can be provided, on request. The place can accommoate about a total of 7 GUESTS. The LIVING ROOMS consist of adequate number of CHAIRS AND COUCHES for comfortable seating of all guests.

The kitchen is modernised as an ITALIAN MODULAR KITCHEN with all equipments required for the guests. Guests choosing to cook can do so, basic cooking amenities shall be made available. In case of SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS, they shall be made available based on AVAILABILITY & PRIOR REQUEST.
Other things to note
Guests choosing to consume HOT BEVERAGES are requested to do so responsibly. Guests are free to carry their OWN CHOICE OF BEVERAGES AND FOOD. Beverages and food can be also be ORDERED at the stay among the available choices. The same shall be delivered.
