Hot Tub, Hammock, & Pool Oh My! The #Sanfording Pool House

The guest house features two bedrooms with a connecting bathroom (Jack and Jill set up). There is a small kitchenette in the back bedroom. The guest home is a relatively small space set up like a hotel suite. Think of it like a bigger tiny home!

**PLEASE NOTE: This is a guesthouse on a shared lanai with Paul's house. When Paul & his family use the pool, we always coordinate with our guests. The "living & dining area" is the outside screened-in lanai and can be used at any time during your stay.**

We respect your privacy during your stay, if you have any questions feel free to message me!

The second bedroom is fully equipped with a coffee bar for your convenience. A Keurig with coffee pods, creamer, and sugar is provided. We also offer plastic utensils, paper plates, and silicone coffee cups!

The guesthouse sits on a beautiful screened-in pool with a huge deck for eating dinner outside or lounging.

**This is not a private space, as we respect your privacy, Paul your host lives on-site with his family.**

The washer and dryer are located inside the main house. You can access the laundry room anytime with a separate code!

**Interaction with your host**
We respect your privacy and aim to keep our interaction minimal. If I'm at home during your check-in, I enjoy personally meeting guests to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in experience.

During your stay, you may encounter Paul and Theresa, as they reside in the main house. However, should you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our co-host, Kaitlyn, via messages. She is available around the clock to assist you!
