Flat with one bedroom suite, rich in closets, has air conditioning, bathroom (en suite), living room with cable TV and sofa bed, kitchen with microwave oven and refrigerator (no stove), living room with table. For sleeping, the flat sleeps 2 well in the suite, but can accommodate one more on the living room sofa.
Balconies facing the sea in the bedroom and living room.
It is located on the 3rd floor of the Itararé Tower Beach building which has a hotel structure: 24-hour reception, maid service, valet parking, elevators, laundry facilities, breakfast restaurant (not included in the room rate) and rooftop solarium.

SE VOCÊ BUSCA LAZER E DESCANSO ESTÁ NO LUGAR ERRADO.Explicando:1- Acomodação aceitável; serviço de hotelaria dentro do esperado;2- Localizada em divisa com via férrea (VLT) trens passando a cada cinco minutos, das 05h00 às 24h00 – DESCANSO IMPOSSÍVEL;3- Localizada na divisa municipal de Santos/S Vicente – avenida arterial de trânsito rápido, defronte um posto de gasolina que funciona 24 horas – alto fluxo de veículo, barulho de trânsito e buzina, sirenes de viaturas e ambulância a noite toda;4- Muitos “moradores de rua” que se abrigam ao lado via férrea, tornando qualquer percurso a pé arriscado ou pouco amigável, notadamente após 21h00.5- Zona de comércio, quase inexistente, com alguns estabelecimentos após um raio de 800m.RESUMINDO: O PIOR LUGAR PARA SE ESCOLHER!

O apartamento e super aconchegante tudo funcionando perfeitamente,equipe super educada e prestativa e localização e igual está no anúncio da sacada pode ver a praia só atravessar a avenida já está na areia proximo do mercado pão de açúcar do burguer king e ainda tem um guichê pra comprar passagem e um ponto de ônibus pra embarque próximo do AP experiência maravilhosa.

Tudo perfeito, seu Romeu, no que pode ajudar, ele ajudou, foi prestativo. Porém eu não sabia que o condomínio era apenas 220v levamos aparelhos 110v e como cafeteira mas não foi possível usar, o wi-fi do condomínio é muito ruim no apartamento. Mas como seria só pra usar a noite. Não atrapalhou .
