Flat with one bedroom suite, rich in closets, has air conditioning, bathroom (en suite), living room with cable TV and sofa bed, kitchen with microwave oven and refrigerator (no stove), living room with table. For sleeping, the flat sleeps 2 well in the suite, but can accommodate one more on the living room sofa.
Balconies facing the sea in the bedroom and living room.
It is located on the 3rd floor of the Itararé Tower Beach building which has a hotel structure: 24-hour reception, maid service, valet parking, elevators, laundry facilities, breakfast restaurant (not included in the room rate) and rooftop solarium.

Simplesmente maravilhoso

O apartamento e super aconchegante tudo funcionando perfeitamente,equipe super educada e prestativa e localização e igual está no anúncio da sacada pode ver a praia só atravessar a avenida já está na areia proximo do mercado pão de açúcar do burguer king e ainda tem um guichê pra comprar passagem e um ponto de ônibus pra embarque próximo do AP experiência maravilhosa.

Tudo perfeito, seu Romeu, no que pode ajudar, ele ajudou, foi prestativo. Porém eu não sabia que o condomínio era apenas 220v levamos aparelhos 110v e como cafeteira mas não foi possível usar, o wi-fi do condomínio é muito ruim no apartamento. Mas como seria só pra usar a noite. Não atrapalhou .

O imóvel extremamente bem localizado, limpo, organizado, exatamente como mostra as imagens. Pessoal da recepção atenciosos e educados. Vizinhança segura e silenciosa. Em relação a praia e a cidade que era meu receio, não deixou nada a desejar. A praia estava limpa, orla com ducha . Conseguimos avistar duas tartarugas na praia perto das pedras. Voltarei mais vezes com toda certeza.

Imóvel confortável e funcional. Como pontos de melhoria para o flat, destaco o wi fi, que é sofrível e uma maior atenção quanto ao estado dos elevadores. Com relação ao local, a cidade de São Vicente como um todo, peca pela falta de atenção do poder público. Praias e orla sujas e mal cuidadas, acabam por levar a necessidade de deslocamento para outros locais.
