Horrible Customer Service

We were "supposed" to check-in at 4:00 but the owner failed to send the check-in instructions. I have used VRBO since it's inception and never have I had this happen to me! After hours of calling, texting, emailing and chatting (it kept kicking us off due to inactivity of the bot), we finally received our check-in instructions after 7:00 pm. We booked this unit for 18 hours but only had possession for less than 14 hours. When we asked for a pro-rated refund, they said they couldn't issue it due to their non-refund policy. So I guess this policy allows them to do whatever they want, or not do what they promise. The owner would not respond to us, even though we could see that he read our texts and then saw the bubbles where he was going to respond but didn't. No explanations, other than we had to deal with it. We were also late to our concert due to this apathy of the management. Nothing was expedited and we checked in over 3 hours after listed time. Unacceptable! Do better Yassar or as I refer to you Nosir! Do not recommend! Scam! I have a screenshot of all the communications, or lack thereof. Horrible!!!! Do your job!!!!
