Dog-friendly up to 45lbs on approval. With a fully fenced-in yard. One Bedroom, one bathroom in the highly sought-after Midtown location. This unit has all new appliances and new granite countertops. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and a washer and dryer are in the unit on site. A 55' flat-screen TV is in the living room and a 40' in the bedroom. all new linens. Walking distance to Coffee Bar. Wild Garlic Pizza and the Riverwalk. This unit is 12 minutes from Reno Airport and a 41-minute drive to Lake Tahoe. One 40lb dog is allowed with approval. $110 non-refundable pet deposit. Please pay fee at booking

Home during remodel

We stayed 22 days while our home was being remodeled. I broke my ankle 2 days before checking in. The duplex was very comfortable & had all the amenities need. It’s honestly the best area for getting around. I know because we live just a few miles away. Lots of great restaurants & bars. Quite safe to walk. Staying at this property was very relaxing!

Home Away From in Reno, NV

Over the 2023 Christmas and New Year holidays we stayed at her property located in midtown, Reno, NV. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with our stay and the property was way better than expected. It was well stocked with snacks, coffee, toiletries and many extras that made us feel right at home. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional, and the neighbors were fantastic. The location was quiet and close to the areas we wanted to visit. The new renovations were fantastic and modern. I'd recommend this property to anyone wishing for a safe, comfortable and wonderful home away from home stay.

Work stay with family and a dog!

I was schd to do some work at the airport. So my wife and dog went with me. They stayed and I knew they were safe while I was away. The Neiborhood was quite and safe our dog stays in the yard and was safe in the front or back. We had a water problem, owner sent a plumber to fix it water heater changed out quick and off we were not an issue. Thank You Candi!!
