Beautiful Studio for Traveling Professionals or New to Reno Residents
Exquisite remodel of historic 1905 victorian home with the traveling professional in mind. We offer 7 fully furnished efficiency studios for 28 day minimum stay travelers. The studio has small refrigerator/freezer, microwave & keurig, queen sized bed with comfortable linens, 2 leather chairs with ottomans, desk, bath towels, roku TV, and WiFi. There is beautiful fully furnished shared kitchen if you choose to cook in or a gas grill and picnic area if you choose to cook out with herb garden and corn hole game for enjoying the beautiful Reno sunshine. The basement has laundry with two washer/dryers as well as iron/board and individual locked storage. Off street parking. Located on quiet street in heart of booming Midtown district yet a couple of blocks walk to the best restaurants, craft breweries and distilleries, shopping and all the midtown activities. We are selective with our guests so there will only be respectful neighbors for our guests. If it shows unavailable for your stay, email for possible availability in another studio.

We purchased this beautiful historic 1905 victorian in 2016. The poor beauty was literally in ruins. We've spent two years rehabbing her back to her original glory.
