Boasting expansive west-facing windows, you'll enjoy breathtaking sunsets and remote-controlled blackout blinds for the utmost comfort. The studio features a cozy queen-size bed, a comfortable chair, a desk, and a fully stocked unit with everything you need.

Perfect for stays of 90 days or more (required by HOA). Your unit is an end unit on the third floor of a quiet building. The remote-operated blackout blinds are perfect if you work nights or prefer a darker room. The assigned parking spot in the garage is very close to your unit.
Friendly neighbors and on-site security ensure you feel safe and welcome. The building's prime location allows for easy walks to shows, bars, and restaurants along the Truckee River. Our front desk security/concierge is available most hours to answer questions or offer dining recommendations.
Your studio has everything you need: an iron, ironing board, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dish soap, pots, pans, toaster, silverware, glasses, and an Air Fryer. All you need to bring is your food. The bathroom is also stocked with supplies and cleaning products. The queen bed is comfortable and includes storage bins underneath.
Check-in and check-out are seamless with keyless entry and a backup key. I'll be available to show you around and answer any questions.
You have a secure, assigned parking spot in the garage and a garage scanner for easy access. A key fob provides entry to the building, laundry rooms, fitness center, and community room, ensuring a safe and convenient stay. Washers and dryers are available on the 1st and 4th floors, and you can use a wash card—no quarters needed. Instructions are available on the wall, or you can ask the concierge for assistance.

Why they chose this property
The downtown vibe is so great. Just walk out the door for a meal or to relax on the Truckee River. There are scooters you can use to get around ( like the Lime Bikes)
Do a Wine Walk (once every month), try a few restaurants, go to a museum, a play, the Philharmonic. There is much to do!

What makes this property unique
My unit is truly stocked with all you need besides your food. I provide bathroom items, all kitchen items, bedding, extra sheets, towels, TV, Internet etc.
The unit is SUPER CLEAN- I am very picky about this! I know when I travel I want a very clean space.
You have a notebook explaining how to work the remote blinds, how to use the TV, where your mailbox is, etc., and suggestions for great bars, restaurants, and places to go- voted on by Renoites!
If you have any questions at all, I reply quickly. I really enjoy meeting my guests.
The amenities are exceptional:
-A great gym,
-Your own locked mailbox,
-Access to large community room with pool tables, many tables, chairs, a fireplace & free books.
-Security is at the front desk most hours.
-Washers and dryers are on the first floor ( I provide organic Tru Earth ' detergent' .
-Pool and hot tub (will be remodeled in 24- hoping it will be done by July) ,
The benefit of being right downtown means
-You have access to the majority of casinos if that interests you.
Check out the remodeled casino/hotel kitty corner from the Belvedere (called "The J"that is beautiful! They have shows and concerts there as well a greatI talian restaurant. Worth walking through.
-Eay access I-80 and Highway 395
-You can walk to the Riverwalk, and the park where there are often free or paid concerts. Its safe.
- There are many great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
-Grocery stores: Savers grocery store and Raleys are close.
-UNR is very close and a beautiful place to walk.
- Reno has many Festivals in the summer downtown- a short block to all the festivals!
- We have security and concierge who can answer questions, or suggest places to go as well.
-Your stay at my this unit helps feed the the unsheltered.. I donate 10% to Nevada homeless.
