DESCRIPTION OF THE BELVEDERE AND THE AREA
Your lovely studio is on the 1st floor of The Belvedere, a 14-floor building across from Circus Circus, "The J", Silver Legacy, and the El Dorado hotels. It's near casinos but much quieter than staying at a casino.

Downtown festivals and events are one block away, and are frequent in the summer. You are just 45 minutes from Lake Tahoe for beach fun or skiing.

Your studio has a comfy Queen Bed, desk, chair, nightstand, dresser, TV (streaming options) & small closet area with built-in shelves for storage. Additional storage under the bed. The kitchen area has a stove, microwave, regular fridge/freezer, coffee maker, air fryer, pots, pans,, utensils, etc. You only need to stock your food. Check the amenity section for full information on what I provide.

Your room is an end unit in a quiet building with blackout blinds that operate on a remote- very helpful if you work at night. People in this building are friendly. You will be safe in this secure building.

CHECK-IN AND OUT
Check-in and out is via keyless entry- no need for keeping track of keys!
Please text me with your ETA so I can meet you or arrange for your check-in with security.

SECURE GARAGE PARKING:
Your Secure Garage parking spot is just steps away from the unit! You have an assigned spot in the garage. You will have a garage r`scanner to enter and exit the garage, and a key fob to get in the building.

WASHERS AND DRYERS
Washers and dryers are available on the 1st floor and the 4th floor.
I will provide you with sheets and towels that are washed organically. I even offer organic Tru Earth for your use in laundry.

YOU MAY USE ALL AMENITIES!
Guests have access to these amenities listed: The pool, hot tub, BBQ, fitness club, community room with pool tables, wifi, couches, tables, and free book area, and fireplace.

The community room is great for working, reading, writing, or studying. As this is a studio, you might take advantage of a different workspace or area to hang out in and the community room is great and quiet. You will use your `fob' to get ito the gym or community room.

The downtown vibe is great. Just walk out the door for a meal or to relax on the Truckee River. There are scooters you can use to get around ( like the Lime Bikes)

Walk to the Riverwalk bars and restaurants. There are often sounds of live music. There are numerous funky, fun, and fancy restaurants and bars along Arlington on the way to The Riverwalk (Truckee River). You might find a free concert going on at the park!

- There are many great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Midtown is just minutes away as well for even more funky fun. You will find information in your unit on fun things to do while you are visiting Reno.

Try a Wine Walk (once every month), try a few restaurants, go to a museum, a play, or the Philharmonic. There is much to do!

-UNR is very close and a beautiful place to walk.

- Reno has many Festivals in the summer downtown- a short block to all the festivals!

We have Security and Concierge most hours who can answer questions or suggest places to go as well.

GROCERY STORE
Grocery stores close within minutes- Savers and Raley, and numerous small restaurants. Raleys is a large grocery store located approximately 2 miles away. Instacart will deliver groceries here if desired. ( I personally love Instacart; grocery shopping is not my favorite thing to do ) Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Safeway, etc, are also available

If you are arriving by plane, I'll pick you up if the timing works out!
