It's a wonderful place situated in a very peaceful neighborhood. The location is ideal, not too near and not too distant – it's perfectly positioned for accessing downtown, the university, and the airport.

Everything about this property and Host Ned is a solid 5 stars. Cleanliness, communication, beautiful furnishings and fully stocked and appointed. Excellent location, parking, backyard. Modern, functional and really lovely… it will be my first choice for accommodations when visiting Reno!

This property was easy to get to and close to the freeway. The neighborhood was nice, never had any problems. It is close to UNV and we could easily hear the football game happening, but it was a joyful noise and it quieted down at a reasonable hour. If I had anything to nitpick about, it would be that kitchen seating area was not the most comfortable and did not invite you to stay for a long period of time, but we were older and our bodies are older.The beds are small but comfortable. My 6’3” husband ended up sleeping on the couch because the bed was too soft for him, but that’s all about preference.The host was very responsive and provided all the detail we needed. We would absolutely stay here again.

This a a cute, extremely clean, well stocked home. Its location is close to major freeways to be convenient yet far enough away to be quiet. The host has thought of everything you might need. Beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be renting again when visiting Reno.

Our host was friendly and easy to work with, extremely responsive, and provided clear checkin and checkout instructions. The kitchen was the best equipped we've encountered. We had easy access to I80 to take us to the mountains. Raleys and Walmart were a 10-15 minute car ride away. Highly recommend
