PERFECT place to stay in fredericksburg

we travel a lot. best vrbo we have stayed in. im a home builder and the finish out details of this home were really well done. we will definitely stay here again

Great location, beautiful flip

We did enjoy the house, location, and amenities. Bring your Kcups and enjoy coffee on the front porch. If you get caught in an evening rain, the gas fp offers a quick warm-up. All in all, very nice. Parking is on the street, but it’s a VERY wide street and quiet area. Only 1-1/2 blocks from the main downtown area. I knocked one star, because I think the toilet area of primary bath was missed in cleaning. A lot of long hair and dust in that area - not the case with the rest of the house. Advertised to sleep 6. That may be possible, but only 2 bedrooms. Perfect for 4.
