The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

Sitting right on the ocean, this lovely Panama City Beach condo is nestled amongst all of the city's attractions! When you aren't hanging out on the beach, just steps away, check out the nearby Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, Miller County Pier, Zooworld Zoological Park, St. Andrews State Park, and so much more. Delicious dining and vibrant shopping opportunities also await around every corner, so indulge yourself - you're on vacation time!

This 6th floor unit is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath unit.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, access to the balcony, double doors and has its own private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate tub. The master bath also comes with dual vanities.

The second bedroom has a king size bed.

The third bedroom has a twin size bed with a bonus trundle.

The living room has a pull out queen size couch.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook your favorite recipe or just heat up some mac and cheese for the kids. For the 2023 season there is a brand new fridge, dishwasher and range!

This unit comes with full size washer and dryer in unit.

Great Location and View

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this condo from Jan - Feb 2024. Our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect for walking to Walmart, Ripley's, Wonderwork Museum and our morning coffee, and to dinners. We did not have a car so we relied on Uber for most of our other excursions, which was fast and reasonable. The view is amazing and nothing beats the sound of the ocean at your doorstep, however, once you close the patio doors, you can barely hear it. The building is well maintain and very clean, however, the pool was not heated so if you have children, it is too cold at that time to use it. The unit itself is nicely decorated and equipped with all the essentials you need. The management team was somewhat responsive but we did have to call 2 or more time for some minor maintenance issues. We suggest that the management company look into sealing the master bedroom patio door as water will come into the floor when there was a huge rainstorm, as well, there is not enough coffee cups or plates for a unit that can occupy 8 people. I did have to request more cutleries and bowls. The unit needs a different vacuum cleaner than was provided and one of bedroom closet needs to have the paint cans and other items remove so the closet is not half taken up by them. The water heater is not a full-size tank, so if you run the dishwasher, you will end up taking a cold shower. We ended up washing our clothes and running the dishwasher at night after showers were taken.All in all, I would recommend this property as the beds were comfortable, the unit was clean and quiet, the location and direct access to the beach was perfect.

Fabulous Stay!

Fantastic property! Fantastic unit! Absolutely gorgeous beach front view!! Unit was clean upon arrival. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Kitchen was clean and appropriately stocked. Bonus was that we never had to wait for the elevators.
