Unfortunately we only got to stay for one day before the Hurricane was coming. But the condo was clean and has a beautiful view. Its just steps to the beach.

The host was super responsive and helpful. The condo was very well-equipped and clean. The kitchen had the tools we needed, the balcony had a drying rack. There were extra pillows. Great place for a beach weekend.

We really love staying at Sunrise so we were very excited when we found this listing! Host is very responsive, home was pretty clean (it’s the beach so nothing is perfect when you have back to back renters!), and as always it was peaceful. I definitely recommend this rental! Dmitriy’s place is great.

Elevators take long time and are stinky and always hot. Parking spaces are too small makes it very hard to park with larger vehicle. Our room was disappointing. Dirty and beds are falling apart with most uncomfortable mattresses.

Balcony overlooking the beach! Amazing views but can be scary if you have a fear of heights. Parking was very convenient and safe but will have to pay for it. Host responded quickly to any concerns. Overall was a great stay.

Sunrise Beach is our go-to resort when we are here and we love the view, ease of convenient parking and amenities. This particular condo had a few issues. The dryer does not work well and takes hours to dry a few things. There is mold in the master bath shower and a lot of dust. The main problem was the furniture. It was VERY worn out and uncomfortable and hard to get out of. LR furniture needs to be replaced. Beds very uncomfortable also. I did love the seat in the shower. Unfortunately, the uncomfortable furniture will keep me from returning to this condo unless it is replaced. The host was very responsive with any questions we had.

It's a good place to stay, but this place doesn't have outside parking for big vehicles, it was a problem for us. There is also an issue with the dryer. Otherwise this a very nice place.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo has plenty of space for our family of five. I really like the laundry room for extra storage as well as actually being able to do laundry as needed! Beds are comfy, kitchen was well stocked (more so than last time!) with pots/pans, etc. Great for us as we do most cooking “at home” even while on vacation. Great view, love the pool, and can’t beat the beautiful beach!

The appliances are outdated. The dryer would not dry the clothes. There is mold up on the ceiling in the master bedroom the sinks in both bathrooms do not drain properly. The bed was so uncomfortable. All the furniture is very old and outdated was not happy for what I paid for.

Location was perfect. Only steps from the beach with a nice pool and hot tub. Very clean with easy parking. Friendly staff. Host was wonderful and responded quickly to my questions. Instructions were easy to follow and conveniently located.
