The State of the Art condo boasts two Large Bedrooms, a Bunk room, two full Modern Baths and is Beautifully furnished with Granite Counter Tops in a Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen. It's your 'Home Away from Home'.

The Living room offers a Fabulous view of the Gulf waters and the state of art hdmi 55" flat screen TV and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Master Bedroom faces the Gulf waters and is equipped with a King size bed. It also has a beautiful dressing/computer table, and is equipped with a 50" TV with a blue ray player. The Guest Bedroom is luxuriously furnished with a queen bed and a large size flat screen TV and blue ray player. Enjoy the full view of the Gulf waters as you prepare your favorite meal in the fully stocked Gourmet Kitchen. The condo boasts a very spacious and opulent master bath. There is also a separate Laundry room with full size side by side washer and dryer to make your stay like being at home with World's Most Beautiful Beach as your Back Yard.

Girls trip

This was our annual girls trip to PCB. The condo was ok and everything worked, however, when we arrived, there were dirty dishes in the sink and a dirty glass on countertop. Covers on the couch were unattractive and tacky. Everything else was great!

Condo had a musty smell when we arrived and we messaged the rental company. They came with plug-ins. If you love a hard bed then the master is good for you. I ended up going to purchase a memory foam to make it softer. The couch we fill needs replacing due to it caving in when you sit on it or the springs poking you every so often. Parking was a nightmare daily as well as 30 plus minutes waiting for elevators. Workers took ober all 4 elevators and would control them with a key or or something. When I contacted main office they had to speak to HOA and the elevators would instantly work for that day. Location is great, room great, would I stay at Sunrise again, I would have to think about it. I would rent under the company again.

May 2024 Family Vacation

Nice place with a lot of units. We were one the 21st floor and had amazing views. Was a little noisy on the weekend at night as it is near Pier Park, the front 2 bedrooms closest to the street. Pool is nice but a little hike to it from beach as it is on the 4th floor. Parking was never an issue and it is covered underneath the property. 3 bedroom unit with one room having a bunk bed was nice. Set your tent up to the left or right of the chairs they put out daily. Unit had plenty of shower towels and even beach toys to use (boogie board and skim board). Walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Check in & out process was simple as everything was emailed prior to trip. Would stay again for sure !

Beautiful View.....but

This condo was beautiful and clean, my biggest issue was we were sitting at breakfast and someone started pounding on our door. My husband yelled for them to give him a minute, and the kept knocking. The next thing I hear is 2 grown men unlocking the door and walk right in while me and my 4 children were sitting at the table, I ran to the door and told them to please leave, they told me they needed to change the water filter/tablet. I asked again for them to leave. (Which they did) I was frightened. Property manager apologized after I reached out, but this was not okay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Truly was the perfect location, only wish they took into consideration how many days you stay. We ran out of toilet paper, and had to make a trip out, and did not have dish soap/sponge and only one pack of dish soap which makes it hard to clean up. We ended up making a trip to Walmart for those items. I’m guessing the last guest did not leave the pull out coach open because the sheets were covered in sand but they had extra sheets so we replaced them, but otherwise it was nice.

Very spacious with two large bedrooms that included comfortable beds. The view was perfect and the balcony had plenty of chairs and small tables. Customer service was exceptional. We had an issue with the refrigerator and it was addressed right away. Everyone at Four Star was professional and friendly. As far as restaurants, we ordered from Moe’s BBQ across the street. It was delicious and reasonably priced. We have stayed at Sunrise Beach five summers straight and we would love to stay in 2109 through Four Star again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come down from Tennessee for a short but much needed girls trip. It was great! We chose to get the early check in and it was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I was a little anxious about being on the 21st floor but it wasn't bad at all. We missed the Spring Break crowds by coming the 3rd week in April. Thank Goodness for that. The elevators were fast and we never had to wait over a minute or two on one. Now that may be different during peak summer weeks. Over all it was a wonderful stay. Thank you.
