Majestic Towers in Panama City Beach offers you every amenity and comfort for the ideal beach vacation. Our beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium, located in Tower 1 on the 23rd. floor, opens to a private balcony where views of sugar-white sands and emerald waters wash away your stress. Our full kitchen with modern appliances includes a kitchen island with bar stools. The spacious living room opens to the balcony with spectacular beach views. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed and an attached bath, serves you to rest and relax. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed also with attached bathroom. The third bedroom comes with bunk bed, comfortable for the kids. And the living room offers a pull-out, queen size sofa bed. All bedrooms and the living room have TVs. On site amenities include a health club, five pools, a movie theater, and a market that features Starbucks Coffee and fresh deli items. Other shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are all close by. The building comes with the gorgeous view of the town also at the North side.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Majestic Beach Resort. The unit was clean and was the nicest place and people. We will definitely be going back. They have several pools and we got breakfast in their little Starbucks cafe downstairs. My daughter purchased food from their bar and grill and it looked really good. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Condo was just as described, if not better. Very clean and spacious. Beds were all very comfortable. Balcony overlooking the beach was breathtaking. Communication with owner was quick & fabulous. Loved this property. It had an amazing view and plenty of space in the condo. The walk to the parking garage was a little long but loved the 24hr security they had. Felt very safe. Kids had a blast at the pool. Loved the bar next to the pool area for mom and dad. It was super close to everything. Would definitely stay again. Great property.

This was one of the nicest and most clean condos I’ve ever stayed! Beautiful view and perfect location to all of the great restaurants we enjoy eating when we are here. I know I will be staying again and hopefully soon!!

Family Vacation

The property is in the heart of PCB and right on the beach. There are several pools, hot tubs and restaurants at the resort. During our stay, we had a small water heater drain issue and the property owner himself came by and fixed it. He communicated almost instantly whenever we had a question.

Reasonable Rates With A Penthouse View!

This is the second time that I have booked this condo for our yearly family vacation. The condo is our favorite that we have stayed in. It is perfect for us and our two adult children. The top floor view is fantastic! The beds, and the living room furniture are comfortable and homey. It is also very convenient to have the washer and dryer there, to wash our clothes so we don't have to when we get home! There are always plenty of clean towels and washcloths to use, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances (including a blender, toaster, coffee pot) and kitchenware that we could possibly need. We had a tiny issue when we got to the room, but I called Mr. Mark, and he resolved it right away. As long as this condo is available, we will continue to rent it again and again. I highly recommend this space for anyone needing a beach vacation!

This place is awesome!! It is on the top floor of an ocean front twenty floor complex. You can see for miles on the large outdoor veranda. One of our favorite things to do on the trip was to get up early and stare out into the turquoise water. We saw dolphins and stingrays and a lot of cool boats from up there. The condo itself is great. It really feels like a home away from home. It is very tastefully decorated and the couches and beds are really comfortable. The condo is also centrally located. We never drove more than about 10 miles for a restaurant or attraction. When my family and I went we went with a big group of our family who all rented various condos at the same property. A couple of them had a hard time finding the place and where their condo was. But not us!!! Mark made everything so super simple for us. He gave us clear directions on how to find the condo in the complex and he also made sure we knew the rules of the property. If you are going to Panama City you’d be crazy to stay any where else!!!!

Great Unit at Majestic Beach Towers! Glad we chose this one!

Spectacular views! Comfortable furniture and beds! Spacious and nicely decorated. This was our home away from home for a week vacation. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 ( teenaged children 18 and 17 ). Everyone had there own space, which makes for a nice stay with older teenagers. The condo is clean with everything you need. We cooked several meals at the condo with ease thanks to the thoughtful supply of pans and kitchenware. The building allows you to check out grocery carts in addition to luggage carts making it easy to bring grocery's to the unit in one haul. Loved lounging on the large deck and enjoying the beautiful sunsets and view! It is a busy area of the beach, with the size of the resort and the surrounding buildings. However we were always able to rent chairs at the beach the days we wanted and there is a lot to do there. We rented jet skis just in front of our building one day without any wait. The elevators get busy in the later mornings when families are headed out for the day and others checking out and again in the evenings when people are returning from there day at the beach. Other than those times we rarely waited long for an elevator. There is a great ice cream shop walking distance from the Condo which is ranked within the top 5 in PCB, The Pink Pelican. It is worth a walk over! You may just need to go visit a couple of times! We did not try the ice cream downstairs though the selection looked good. We did order a couple pizza's downstairs the day we arrived. Prices were reasonable, the wait wasn't long and the pizza was good. We had an outstanding trip. This condo is a great retreat. My husband isn't a busy beach guy and really enjoyed the quietness of the condo and the beautiful view. In addition, Mark has equipped this condo with nice, large TV's. A nice touch that you don't often find in condo rentals. The owner, Mark, was quick to respond to any question I had and the check in / check out process was very simply. We would stay at this condo again!

The view was amazing! The condo was as pictured, it was comfortable and clean. Majestic towers did a wonderful job with keeping pools/hot tubs clean, garbage empty, and general safety. We didn’t cook, but looked like there was plenty of cookware- no cookie sheets or cleaning supplies in the condo. There was one dishwasher pack and washing machine pod left, no trash bags- it wasn’t listed as they are supplied but had hoped. Pack/shop accordingly. I would definitely stay here again- we walked almost everywhere and had a wonderful time.

The beach view was awesome. Sept/Oct is a great time of year since the pool was never crowded, the temps were only mid-80's, and there was a constant breeze. My car hardly left the garage, since most anything I needed was within walking distance. The roads were pristine, with very little traffic. I highly recommend booking during the "off season."

Nice location and easy check in process. Super clear instructions made everything fast and easy. Secured parking with additional fees paid separately. Unit a little outdated being on the top floor you can see the stress crack and cabinet shifted. None of them closed properly, tiles cracked and stovetop cracked. Bath shower leaked, Not the cleanest (shower head was thick with gunk) nor any cleaning supplies, or extra trash bags left. Wouldn’t mind staying again as long as I know what to expect. It’s a big place once you get used to a route it’s easy to navigate. As far as gym facilities shouldn’t be listed as that’s for the owners only.
