Spacious yet warm and cozy, this newly well-outfitted home is perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation and offers every amenity to make your vacation enjoyable and comfortable including wireless high speed internet and free long-distance in the U.S. and Canada. The living room/dining room and kitchen feature an open floor plan with vaulted ceiling and warm wood paneling. Other amenities include new front-load washer and dryer, Weber grill and much more. The kitchen is a gourmet's delight with cookware, glassware and dishware, candle holders, linen placemats and napkins and other amenities for dining and entertaining to create an idyllic vacation experience.
There is a 49" television in the living room as well as a 39" television in the master bedroom. Both guest bedrooms feature 32" televisions with built in DVD players.

Breakers 3 is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.

Location,Location,Location - Amazing gulf access and view

The house is right off the gulf with great access, view and nice deck. The house is older but the kitchen has been updated and is incredibly well-stocked with nice pots/pans/dishes/utensils. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are not updated. The windows/glass doors are older and get drafty so temperatures vary from guest bedrooms to Master bedroom which has double glass doors and faces the gulf. We happened to be there during a cooler and windier month. We would definitely rent again! The location, view , beds and kitchen made it very special.
