Great location

The location was great. Outdoor market right across the street on Fridays with delicious food. Very central location with plenty of food and store options nearby. Apartment is nice and bright with plenty of outdoor light coming in. Nice views. Apartment could use some upgrades in bathrooms and bedrooms and check in process a little complicated. But they offered to store our luggage in a safe location with surveillance while we waited to check in. Overall good stay.

the worse experience I ever had. I really do not recommend this place to any local or foreigner. It was a real dissapoinment. It was dirty as hell, service really bad. extremely noise at nights as the restaurant infront has music very loud every night and the quality of the hotel is really bad. we had to change 3 times appartments to find the most decent cleaned one. I sent my complain to Virtual homes and it is 2 months since our stay and havent heard from there. La condesa is a cool place and this bad experience ruined hour holiday. Pls find a better place for you.

Me gustó el departamento

Todo muy bien, solo el último día tuvimos la mala suerte de que el elevador no funcionara y mi mamá de 89 años tuvo que bajar por las escaleras al igual que todas las maletas y si eran demasiados pisos. La comunicación con María quien es la persona encargada fue excelente, sus respuestas siempre fueron rápidas. El departamento es muy amplio y la verdad estuvimos súper bien.
