Boat slip #13 is included in this rental.
Ocean view property in the Village of Islamorada located in the Florida Keys at Mile Marker 85. The property is in a gated community filled with quaint streets and walking paths throughout the perfectly manicured grounds. A heated/cooled pool cascading over a 52' beach front property overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the convenience of having your private dock for a 31' boat with electricity and water included. Boat slip #13 is just steps away from a refreshing dip in the pool.

This home features high ceilings both upstairs and down and an open floor plan on the first floor. The kitchen is well-equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and adjoins a comfortable dining area and living room. The dining area includes bar seating for two and a dining table for four and the living room is equipped with a sectional sofa with a pull-out-bed, an accent chair, coffee table and a flat screen. Hardwood floors throughout.

The master suite upstairs features a king size bed, flat screen tv and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, the master suite has a private balcony. The guest suite features one queen bed, a pull-out sofa, closet, private bathroom with walk-in-shower and a private balcony. A stacked washer and dryer are located on the second floor for the guest's convenience.

Kim was a pleasure to talk to and deal with. What a lovely lady! This is one of the nicest places we have stayed and it is beautiful with the Brazilian cherry floors and attention to detail woodwork on the inside and out. We stayed a couple months and loved the back porch for breakfast every morning and the grounds are impeccable here in Anglers Reef. The kitchen is pretty well equipped and we did a lot of cooking while there.Hopefully we will see you again. Thanks

We stayed for a week in late April. The location couldn't be better, and having a boat dock was amazing. We had lots of pool time and time on the water. The house had everything we needed to make our stay in Islamorada a dream. We'll be back for sure!

Quiet Tranquility

Very peaceful neighborhood in Islamorda, private dock and beach to wash away all your stress. House could use a little attention to detail to make it more beachy. Sparsely decorated, small washer and dryer and some bounce in the kitchen and upstairs floor boards. Nice area to walk, fish and relax. We arrived and the gate code was incorrect but the host responded within a reasonable amount of time to not make it an issue just an annoyance. Door lock battery was low as was the thermostat and no resolution so we had a few days fearing we would be locked out of the house. Overall a place we would return to for a relaxing vacation.
