Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom getaway in Sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida! This cozy home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. BBQ and outside dining in a large back yard! Nestled just a short 10 minute drive away from the beach, you'll find yourself sinking your toes in the sand in no time.

This is a 1-bedroom 1 bathroom unit separated from the rest of the house. The property is a duplex. The back yard is shared with the front unit (#1) that may or may not be booked. Both units are completely separate and have their own privacy.

The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room. Extra linen and pillows are in the closet.
