This duplex style bungalow has shared backyard space including a new heated saltwater pool, spa and gas grill. The shared side is also a 1 bed/1 bath. Close to the free trolley stop which is only one block away running north and south on AMI, shops and restaurants. Perfect relaxing beach getaway in a central island location! New to the rental market!

Amazing vacation spot !

Very cute and cozy vacation house, freshly remodeled and super clean. Amazing location, steps from the beach, shopping strip and restaurants. Free shuttle throughout the island. Not even mentioning the breathtaking backyard with heated saltwater pool and spa, where we enjoyed our evenings. Highly recommended!
