Home overlooks the lake and preserve, and Club includes 12 miles of walking, running and biking paths!

The home is on the newest and most coveted street in Esplanade - Montelanico Loop. Don't be fooled by imitators! Condos on Pocida Ct. and Benvenuto are smaller (only 2b/2b), don't have satellite pools with outdoor grilles, don't have curbside trash pickup (they have dumpsters), don't have hurricane impact windows & doors, and don't have garages that are attached to the home.

This house is the largest floor plan of the coach homes and is an end unit, making it ultra sunny and bright! Plenty of Naples sunshine comes in from the windows along the side, back, and front of the home. The relaxing corner lanai has frameless sliders which open up to both the living room and den. Lanai overlooks the tranquil lake and preserve.

Both master and guest bedrooms are en suite with showers, and 3rd bath includes a bathtub perfect for relaxing!

Home is furnished with high-end furnishings, fixtures, and art, and has been professionally decorated.

For your convenience, home has full size washer and dryer, and will be stocked with the essentials to get you started. New pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, pillows, bedding, clothes iron, basics like salt, pepper and commonly used spices.

Includes the use of bike (1), beach chairs (2), beach umbrella (1).

Garage parking for 1 car, plus 1 driveway spot.

Coach home sits in between two satellite pools with loungers, umbrellas, and outdoor grills. Additionally the Club has a resort-style pool, with the Bahama Bar for food and drink. For an upscale experience the Club has the Barrel House, a full service restaurant overlooking the fairways.

Home is ~2400 sq feet, with plenty of room to spread out!

I provide cable which includes Wi-Fi, and electric (A/C or heat) up to $130 per month.

Please note: my coach home is part of 2 HOA's - the neighborhood and the primary. Applications must be completed and approved by both HOA's before the home can be rented. With the application, each person who will be staying in the home will be asked to provide a copy of their driver's license so that the HOA can perform a background check.
Renters will also need to agree to and sign a lease.
HOA rules require 30 day minimum rental period. My preference is for 2+ months.
Due to the HOA applications and minimum stay requirements, last minute bookings can't be accommodated.
