It comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features a private pool, ideal for relaxation and creating lasting memories. But the excitement doesn't stop there! Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal are close by, offering thrilling adventures. And if you're a fan of great food and shopping, you'll find lots of dining and shopping options in the area.

The pool is heated and It will have an extra charge of $36.75/day(Minimum for 3 days) Need confirmation at least 24 hours prior to your arrival to be able to have it warm for your arrival.

I understand pets are part important to our families and I allow them at the rental, However, I need to have extra measurements for cleaning after the departure of a family with a pet, therefore I charge $150 per pet per stay (max 3 pets) so you can bring your pets.

Nice house and location but need some improvement

Nice house and good location, the neighborhood is small but quiet and neighbors are nice. The house is very pet friendly, there is a dog park right by the neighborhood. Walkable distance to a small plaza which has Publix, a very good Japanese restaurant, a spa and nail salon. The property manage is easy to communicate and response pretty quick. But the beds smelled like sweat right after we check in, we had to wash everything, the heating wasn’t working properly even the manager send a repair guy, the pool can’t be heated and we didn’t get to use it at all, and the house provided very basic utensils and supply,
