We've maintained the character of the historic 1920's building, while completely updating and renovating the interior. This first floor condo has large double-hung windows that let in an abundance of light in all of the rooms. Additionally, the original refinished hardwoods, bathroom tile, graceful arched doorways and two-panel doors provide the charm so often absent in new construction.

In the spacious living room, a large upholstered sofa provides comfortable seating, and a flatscreen television is available with both streaming and Hulu Live. Enjoy the artwork by local artist Nico Amortegui, well-known for large-scale paintings and installations throughout NC and The Smithsonian.
The kitchen features a gourmet gas range with convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and a stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls roasting pans and garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. The enclosed porch area is perfect for sitting and drinking some morning coffee/tea.

The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with a television and a generous closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and a flatscreen television. The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, tables, and chairs. This is the perfect spot to have a cookout with your party while enjoying the beautiful surrounding scenery.
Located in historic Myers Park, Queens Road is the heart of Charlotte’s premier neighborhood replete with wide sidewalks and towering oaks throughout the neighborhood. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging, and you are just a short stroll to multiple coffee shops and restaurants.
Within a half mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Thai, Italian, French, and Mexican), as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. Our favorite full-service spots, include Stagioni (Italian), RuRu’s (casual Mexican), and Napa on Providence. If you are looking for local gems, check out Laurel Market, Not Just Coffee, Bond Street Wines, and Fenwick’s.
On the ‘Myers Park Mile,’ you will find many locally owned shops including antiques, fine gifts, wines, and bespoke clothing for men and women. Spring through fall, Simpson’s Farmers Market on Kings is just around the corner and open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

The parks and open walking spaces make the area perfect for those with a furry friend. Well-behaved, quiet pets are allowed in most of our properties with a pet fee. Many of our neighborhood restaurants have patios that welcome dogs.
We love hosting guests for both short- or long-term stays. So, whether you are here for business, pleasure, or visiting someone at either Atrium or Novant Hospitals, our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we require all guests to complete an ID verification and background screening upon booking. Link will be sent after booking and only takes about 3-5 minutes to complete.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other reasons.
Please observe quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Our property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of their entire reservation and may incur additional fees.
Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at most of our residences for a fee, maximum of two dogs.
A workstation with monitor, keyboard and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day.
Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $300 penalty.
