Cute Condo for a long weekend stay!

Cute and clean condo very close to everything downtown. Uber rides were very easy to get to and from. Lots of options for food and fun. Would definitely recommend!

Great one night stop in Charlotte! Juan’s communication was prompt, clear and helpful at every point of the transaction. The location was perfect for us to get to Skyla for a concert. The unit was clean and had all the essentials we needed for a quick and comfy overnighter!

There was nothing lavish about this apartment. the carpet seemed to have never been cleaned. there were roaches in the kitchen. the linens in the bedrooms was super cheap and the beds were uncomfortable. the towels smelled bad. Walls were paper thin and we listened to neighbors all night. We couldn't wait to leave.

We’re very surprised by this review, as it does not reflect the condition of the apartment or our communication with this guest. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. After checkout, we found excessive dog hair throughout the unit, despite no pet being disclosed or approved prior to the stay, which is a direct violation of our house rules. We also checked in with the guest during their stay to ensure everything was satisfactory and received no response or complaints at any point. Had any concerns been communicated, we would have addressed them immediately. That said, out of an abundance of caution, we have scheduled a professional pest service to inspect and treat the unit to ensure everything is properly taken care of. We take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously and act promptly whenever an issue is brought to our attention. We stand by the quality of our space and our responsiveness, which is reflected in our other guest reviews. Unfortunately, this feedback is inconsistent with both the condition of the property and the lack of communication from the guest during their stay.

Spent nearly two weeks here, and would come back. House was walkable to many places, was clean and well air conditioned. There was a lack of communication about the check in process, so I was waiting outside in the heat to actually get in, but the hosts were apologetic.

Music Festival

We chose this property to bring our daughter to a music festival. This town home was small but cozy and the parking is right at the door. Everything was included down to shampoo and conditioner. Our hosts are very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again if the occasion called for it.

Nice little Getaway

I thought the place was clean and quaint. The beds were comfortable. The only issues I had were that the neighbors were a little loud pretty late into the night. And parking may be a challenge as there are usually more cars than spaces in the lot at night. But a decent value for the money.

This was a convenient location and easy to find. The unit itself is older with a good amount of wear and tear - definitely far from lavish. The upstairs bathroom especially was a huge turn off - a tub mat that was a breeding ground for mold and mildew. The next door neighbors were noisy and the walls were thin. Also there was no way to watch basic TV if you didn’t want to stream. We appreciated the neighborhood but will pass on this next time.

i had a great experience with the host. communication was great. no real issues with the house, just wish it was a little closer to the description. the apartment served its purpose, but by no means was it "lavish". the bathroom had a musty smell upstairs, and the rooms and floors were a bit dirty. had the basics. wasn't the cleanest property at all. if you need a place just to sleep, it does the job, but i wouldnt call it a super comfortable or lavish place to stay. neighborhood was ok.
