Comfy Basement Bedroom & Kitchen Close To TTC
Basement with independent access & full kitchen. Cool in the summer, cozy in the winter. Close to TTC. Parking available and easy access to 400 / 401 highways. The neighbourhood is great with all of the essentials close by!
Wifi works well throughout the whole space. The kitchen includes basic cookware, coffee maker, and dining area for two.
Laundry available on request.
WARNING: There's lots of headspace for a basement, but if you are 6'2" or taller you might have to duck in some areas!

The space consists of a large room with a full bed, desk, and couch. The kitchen includes a stove, fridge, coffee maker, and a kitchen island with two stools. There is a private washroom with shower.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole space and independent access through the front door. They can also use the front porch as a shared space and access the backyard on request.
